| ACM is operated by Yayasan INSEARCH. The centre offers INSEARCH English courses, Mandarin language courses and Indonesian language and culture courses as well as other services, including recruitment for IDP Education Australia, IELTS testing, consultancy services for foreign businesses and consular services for the Australian government. |

| From 1997, Australia Centre Medan has managed the IDP Education Australia franchise office. IDP is an independent Australian education organisation. They provide information on the Australian education system to help international students study in Australia including assistance with application for Australian visas. |

| The Australia Centre Medan has modern spacious computer labs featuring computers fitted with specialised English teaching courses. The learning resource centre also has a complete range of all IELTS materials with the latest audio-visual and computer support. |
