“I am really grateful and honoured to have won two prizes from UTS:INSEARCH. To me, it validates that studying or working hard pays off in the long run. It also reminds me how much time and effort I put into my studies at UTS:INSEARCH. I am so thankful of the teaching staff, who were so patient and supportive throughout my time at UTS:INSEARCH. Without their support, I would not have achieved what I have today”.

Guan Li, Diploma of Business

“I had a disappointing HSC year so this prize means more to me than just a warm, fuzzy feeling and being recognised for having a good GPA. I am my toughest critic and my results last year made me doubt myself and my ability. I was unsure whether I even wanted to pursue tertiary studies. Thankfully I did pursue it and this award marks that I have become more confident again in my abilities”.

Matthew Mortimer, Diploma of Communication

Recipient of the UTS:INSEARCH Dean’s Merit Award for Communication (2015).
