Getting help is easy for Insearch students, whether it be for academic, personal or administrative reasons.

We know that to study successfully, you need support. You need to live in the right environment, have access to the right advice on courses, and find extra tuition or academic help if you need it.

INSEARCH lecturers and tutors are available for one-on-one consultations if students require extra assistance outside of classes, and small group tutorials with academic and English staff are also available. Study skills workshops are offered to develop and improve your skills.

INSEARCH has a dedicated team of academic advisers who are there to help
you improve your grades.

A “peer network” operates to assist international students to adapt to the Australian culture and to their new learning environment, and if there is a personal problem troubling you, the international student advisers at UTS Student Centre are available to help you sort it out.

In addition to the UTS counselling service, the university offers a health facility which provides general practice medical services to UTS students (including INSEARCH) in order to help students maximise their chances of academic success. This service is free of charge and confidential.

The INSEARCH Student Services staff are available to help with any administrative issues you might encounter, whether this be regarding enrolment, payment of fees, homestay accommodation or exams.
