Overview

The Diploma of Information Technology (Fast Track) consists of subjects equivalent to those studied during the first year of the UTS Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. On successful completion of this course students can enter the UTS Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree with advanced standing of one year.
Successful students also have the opportunity to enter the UTS Bachelor of Business; Bachelor of Science in Information Technology combined degree. They will receive 48 Credit Points (CP), which is equivalent to over one semester of advanced standing in this UTS double degree course.
The course is also useful for individuals seeking an excellent qualification to enhance their employment or promotion prospects.
