Overview

The three semester Diploma of Business and Commerce is designed by the Faculty of Business at UTS for students seeking entry with advanced standing into the UTS Bachelor of Business and the UTS Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology combined degree.
On successful completion of this course students can enter into the UTS Bachelor of Business and specialise in one or more areas with advanced standing of one year.
Successful students will also be eligible to enter into the UTS Bachelor of Business; Bachelor of Science in Information Technology combined degree with advanced standing of one year.
This course is offered jointly with the Faculty of Information Technology and allows students to gain two degrees. Graduates with solid IT skills who also understand business are in strong demand.

UTS Entry Requirements

International students graduating with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 50 or better are guaranteed a place in the UTS Bachelor of Business degree with advanced standing of one year.
International students graduating with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60 or better (with no more than two subject failures) are guaranteed a place in the UTS Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology combined degree with advanced standing of one year.
